HcG diet recipe phase 2 P2: APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE
Yes, that's right. OH MY WORD!!! So delish!!
In a blender, add 2 T unsweetened (or stevia sweetened) apple butter, 2-4 cubes ice, 1/4 C water, 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice and stevia to taste. Blend well. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top, if desired.
