HcG diet recipe phase 2 P2: Egg Drop Soup

GREAT for that day you're not feeling well or on a chilly day!
Surprisingly really good and filling!
In a medium saucepan, heat 4 C organic low sodium chicken broth on high heat. Add 1/4 C chopped scallions or onions. In a measuring cup, beat 4 egg whites with 1T water. When broth is nearly at a boil, slowly drip egg whites in the soup. Continue to cook for another 30 sec to 1 min. Remove from heat, add pepper to taste.

  2. I'm assuming phase 2 is different on your plan since Omnitrition doesn't allow eggs unless you're doing only egg and cottage cheese for protein. What protocol are you following just curious.

  3. No, I don't do Omnitrition. Omnitrition doesn't have any HcG in it. I take Nutri-Dyn HCG Plus. I follow Dr. Simeon's protocol pretty closely with a little variation. I read a lot of different sources and try things for myself. If it works for me, I post it. If it doesn't, I don't post and I don't ever do that again.
