HcG diet recipe phase 3 P3: NON-DAIRY MANGO GELATO

Why do you even need a sweetener! I recommend discontinuing all sweeteners on hCG. If something goes into your mouth that is sweet your pancrease secretes insulin. If you have insulin in your blood stream you will not liberate the free fatty acids in your fat cells. Which is the whole point! Shifting the body to use fat as fuel.
