I was in a hurry so I made up this shake to sub my lunch.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE
serves 1 glass
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 C skim milk
2 T NSA peanut butter
1 rounded scoop 365 Whey Protein Powder - Natural vanilla flavor
4 or more cubes of ice
Blend altogether in a blender.
Serve immediately.
