When you stall, you don't always want to do an apple day or steak day, do you? Try this, it worked for me!
1 C epsom salts
1 C sea salt
1/2 C baking soda
Run a bath as hot as you can stand it and mix the ingredients above in it. Soak for 20 minutes. Then take a cool shower for at least 5 min.
You should see results in the morning.
